FINAL SALE & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Ora Movement, we take pride in offering authentic, high-quality timepieces at competitive prices. As a small independent business, all purchases are considered final sale, and we do not offer refunds.

However, we do offer exchanges under the conditions outlined below.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The watch is unworn

  • In original condition

  • Includes box, papers, tags, and protective stickers

  • No bracelet resizing has been done

If these conditions are met, we are happy to offer:

  • An exchange for another product of equal value

  • Store credit (if applicable)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach clear photos of the issue

  4. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Once reviewed, we will provide next steps. If confirmed defective, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.
